In South Africa, they call them "pup" and garnish them with gravy.
For fifteen dollars, you can buy 'em in a California restaurant on a fancy plate.
With truffle salt.
Under glass.

Let me tell you a little secret.
No matter how you serve them, or what you call them, or how much you charge for them...
